We do understand that moving vehicles, small structures, materials, construction equipment and mobile homes where the hight exceeds 13'6" or the widht exceeds 8' 6" or the weight exceed the maximum standards applicable through state law require a transportation permit and the California Department of Transportation and the Sand Diego County Public Works Department must approve state highways and county routes respectively.
