are you a truck stop?

No, we are not a truck stop. We are next to a truck stop, TruckNet and we are about one mile from Pilot Truck Stop. We are a commercial parking where you can park a semi-truck, semi-trailer, reefer, flatbed, moving van, car carrier, fuel tank, oversize load, etc. Each parking stall in our parking lot is 12'wine x 60' long.

do you have certified public scales?

No, we have no certified public scales in our parking lot. There are certified public scales in the two truck stops close to us, TruckNet truck stop and Pilot truck stop.

do you have parking for the truck drivers vehicles?

Yes, we do have car parking for truck drivers. It is very common for truck drivers to park their cars in our parking lot.

are you safe?

Yes we are safe. Our parking lot is fully fenced and lighted. Access to our parking lot is for customers only. We monitor and record 24/7 to prevent crime. We are considered to be, by a great majority of local truck drivers, the safest parking lot in Otay Mesa. See customer reviews

who are some of your regular customers?

We have many regular customers from both sides of the border. We can't provide company names for safety reasons.

are you also a trailer drop yard or container drop yard?

Yes, we are a trailer drop yard and a container drop yard. We keep in/out log inventory when requested. This is about 50% of our commercial parking service.

for how long can I park my equipment?

Short-term parking, one hour minimum. Long term parking, anything after one hour.

what if I leave my truck there and stop paying for parking owed?

Your equipment and the contents inside the equipment will be placed on a lien if parking owed is not paid within 45 days of the invoice "date-in" date. If the lien is fully processed, the equipment and the contents inside of it will be auction to the best bitter in our parking lot.

do you take oversize loads?

Yes, we have room for oversize loads such as construction equipment, office buildings, removable homes, etc.

how big is your parking lot?

Our parking is 3.7 acres in size with 104 assigned 12'x60' parking stalls. It is fully fenced, lighted, guarded, gravel and has one main gate.

are you a commercial parking lot?

Yes, we are a commercial parking lot in Otay Mesa, California and this is our only location. We are family owned and operated.
